Calling All Bakers!
Join us for a sweet evening of creativity, community, and friendly competition at the
Sweet Dreams Cake Competition! Whether you're a seasoned cake artist,
a passionate home baker, or a young decorator with big talent, this is your chance to
show off your skills and be part of a fun event supporting Birthday Dreams.
We’re thrilled to welcome celebrity cake artist Jasmin Bell Smith of Bells Pastries as one
of our judges, bringing her creativity and expertise to the competition. Plus, enjoy great
music throughout the evening with DJ Zack of Lighting the Sound Productions, keeping the
energy high and the celebration going.

Why Participate?
Compete for bragging rights, wow the crowd with your creativity, and help make birthdays brighter for children experiencing homelessness.
Trophies will be awarded in each division, and guests will vote for a People’s Choice Award during the event. Select cakes will also
be auctioned to help raise funds for Birthday Dreams. This cheerful community event also includes our Volunteer Appreciation Celebration,
making it an evening full of joy, connection, and cake!
Participation Levels
Professional
For bakers, pastry chefs, cake artists, and others with professional-level
decorating or baking experience.
Amateur
For home bakers and hobby decorators who love creating beautiful cakes and want
to join the fun.
Youth
For young bakers and decorators who are excited to share their creativity and
participate in a friendly competition.
