Birthday Dreams Youth Chapter Application

Thank you for your interest in starting a Birthday Dreams Youth Chapter! Please have your Main Chapter Liaison fill out this form (the member who will facilitate communication with the Birthday Dreams organization and Youth Committee Director).

Applications are accepted on a ROLLING BASIS! The BD Youth Committee Director will review your application and contact you within 7 days of submission.

Application Requirements
  • At least 4 official members must agree to join upon chapter initiation
  • All members must be in High School
  • An adult advisor (age 20+) is required (e.g. a teacher, parent, or sports coach)
  • Preferably have members residing in or near the Greater Seattle area
Chapter Expectations
  • Create 2+ monthly Instagram posts (meetings, drives, fundraisers, etc.)
  • Post photos of your Birthday Dreams contributions
  • Host at least 1 in-person meeting(s) per month
  • Commit to completing 3 or more projects per year
  • Transport all materials to/from Birthday Dreams (1084 Kirkland Ave NE, Renton, WA 98056)
  • Return all supplies borrowed from Birthday Dreams in a timely manner
  • Consistently communicate with Birthday Dreams representatives & Youth Committee Director
  • Be flexible to accommodate Birthday Dreams' current needs
